i got some pork chops i want to cook, but im not sure how. i could pan fry or i could batter and deep fry or i could let them soak in sugar water for a bit then toss em on the grill later.

Tacos de Papa (Potato Tacos)
You will need:
Potatos
Corn tortillas
cooking oil
ground beef
milk
butter
1. Boil potatoes for about 35-45 minutes, skin and make into mashed potatoes.
(adding half a cup to a cup of milk and tablespoon of butter to your mash potatoes is optional but it does make it more creamier.)
2.Cook ground beef, when done drain grease and put ground beef in the mixing bowl with mash potatoes.
3.Mix together.
4.Heat cooking oil and put the meat with the potatoes in the corn tortillas like a taco.
5. Put the taco into the cooking oil, fry for about a minute on each side or until the shell is crunchy.
6. Remove and place on plate with paper towels (to soak up unwanted grease)
7. Enjoy
