You guys eat a lot. I should eat something, I'm getting dizzy. Anyone ever had Alice Springs chicken, it is amazing.
Enchiladas are great too. Not so much the bean, but the beef, chicken and cheese ones are on point. The chicken ones are where I use my sour cream. They are great.

That takes me back, we used to roast alaskan..malamutes back in the day when I lived in mexico. They were wonderous. The way their wings just fall off the bone. You just had to be there. #Rapturious, amirite?

Well... The meat was tough as hard shit. Sauce was good though. Went great with the mashed potatoes and corn bread.

Yeah you have to slow cook those roasts all day. Crock pot material. It takes all fucking day. It's great when you get it right though.
It also helps to throw some form of acid in there. Breaks it all down and makes it grainy. Briskit tricks..
