8 ounces macaroni noodles cooked soft.
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. I like the Kraft Wisconsin aged sharp cheddar.
1 cup sour cream.
1 cup Dukes's mayonaise.
Mix into baking dish. Bake at 325 for 30 min.

when i first got into it and i was working with it i stayed up for days at a time doing the same shit.

bay leaves are always used in red beans and rice. you dont eat them though, most people removed them. i used them as a little garnish for the pic, had to do something cuz it was phonecam and thus a crappy pic.

Most of the black eating places here sell salmon cakes on biscuits as a breakfast item. Sounded strange to me at first until I tried one as I had only eaten them as a dinner item growing up. After eating one of those salmon cake biscuits one morning I have been convinced that breakfast is by far the best time for them things. Fucking awesome way to start the day. 
I've been living on that home made mac and cheese recipe I posted earlier in this thread. That, fried squash and cake for over a week now. I'm hooked on those things. I think the boys and I have gone through around ten Pyrex half sheet sized dishes of that mac and cheese since last week. I just finished off about a pound a few minutes ago. It's gotta start getting old soon but I just don't see it yet.

Yeah I thought I had eaten some good mac and cheese before until I found this on the back of a Duke's mayonnaise jar. Everyone who even remotely likes mac and cheese has got to try this shit. It's fucking unbelievable. Definitely class a stoner food.
8 ounces macaroni noodles cooked soft.
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. I like the Kraft Wisconsin aged sharp cheddar.
1 cup sour cream.
1 cup Duke's mayonnaise.
Mix into baking dish. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
