Anyone Here Used Kettlebells?
    #679146 - 07/24/13 11:32 PM (10 years, 8 months ago)

I've been thinking of getting some since I only really mess with plate work outs, but I've never talked to anyone that has used any personally. If anyone has input voice up... I suppose I'll preemptively link a video of it before anyone asks what it is.

I like kettle bells.  I have a few sizes.  I play with them in my yard.  Also use medicine balls and logs.  Great workout and stress reliever just throwing them around.  I don't do a lot of reps, but as long as you are moving around with them you are getting a workout.  Although nothing imo beats carrying, throwing, and rolling logs around.

I am not a cannabis grower.  I find the cannabis growers to be the most open to experimenting and sharing out of all of the different botany groups I enjoy.  I frequently use the suggestions that I find to apply to own organic gardening and food production.

Cheers on quality responses.

That power block thing looks cool... have you used it? I'm just wondering if those are still balanced before I think about grabbing that for my first bell...

I'll look through more of the links after I actually get some sleep, fucking server crashed at work and I had to help put in the new one (for four hours).

You know I haven't used kettle bells but I have their bench and their barbells. They make quality products.
