Pure Kapow on seedlings?

i have a bottle of pure kapow http://www.purenutrient.net/kapow/ i used it last grow for a nasty mite infestation and it worked wonders

i now have seedlings that are about 3 weeks old, can i treat them with the pure kapow? or are they still to young? i tried to find on their website if it works with seedlings and i didnt ssee anyything for or against

that was 3 days ago as well so they have a full set of true leaves now, some are working on a secnod

edit: its also a fungicide which is why im considering using it so early....better to be proactive i guess

Says it's lemon grass oil. I have no clue but it probably won't kill the seedlings unless lemon grass oil is some heavy shit.

I've been able to get rid of spider mites on lemon trees by just spraying the leaves with a water sprayer every day for maybe a week. Although it wasn't a serious infestation, I'd just noticed their webs showing up on some leaves.

Ladybugs! even though they don't seem to be smart enough to avoid landing on burning hot HID bulbs.
