I just did a bagseed run, and one of them came out as the second strongest plant I've ever grown.

All mine hermied up in week 7. I feel ya on that. Don't get too discouraged :]

I wouldn't chop the plant down though, just watch it closely and pluck off all the pollen sacks you can find. It may not throw any more balls, I don't know, but the ones in the pic are already busted which could mean some past stress caused those and won't necessarily cause any more. But you still should watch closely.

On the bright side, the plants look very healthy with amazing trichome coverage. Are you using any UVB fluoros? I'm thinking you could maximize resin production by adding a UVB reptile light, which I think would help even more in your situation without HIDs.

I see a couple buds on that plant with seeds ( Thats is the only 1 though )

Im positive it was not a hermie
Although I did have hermies this grow
And right when I saw the sacs
they were gone

So yeah ...I am hoping it was 1 of the 3 males I had's pollen that did it

And not the others  D:

I think the name is greenlite

Wow...thats fuckin amazing.  I wish he has been on the site more recently than november, because I would message him and pick his brain about his cfl setup.  those are some dank nugs and much more weight than I had assumed he would get.

LST can give you just as much in weight as scrog.  I'm yielding more that's I'm LST and topping my plants that when I was doing scrog. 

There are some factors that go into this though.  Some plants like to be topped and are easier to train than others.  I have had some plants that the stems break so easily on it's almost impossible to do ANY type of LST.

This box lives in a closet, and is 4 x 1.5 x 5.  I did not build the box, I just attached the plywood front to it.  I did have to cut it in half and reassemble to get it in the closet...  With lights, there is about 3.4 ft of useable height to grow in.  It is painted with flat white paint.

My lights for flowering are 6, 42 Watt 2700 K CFLs.  I'm using a 6 socket bathroom lighting fixture that I fitted with a 6 ft cord and attached to a shelf that came with the box.  I would like to add some t5 bulbs this grow.  I know that Home depot now carries them in 2 and 3 ft lengths in either single or double bulb set ups.  The lights run off a digital timer. 
The fan is a 4 inch inline fan that sits on top of a homemade carbon filter.  It is connected to a speed control and is set to the lowest setting.  4 inch ducting connects the fan to the closet door and air is released thru the door and into the room.  The door will have to be replaced. 
There is an air intake hole on the bottom right of the cab.  It is connected to about 2 feet of 4 inch ducting that runs around to the front of the cab at floor level.  There is another 2 foot section of ducting located inside the cab.  It runs from the top left side of the lighting set up to the fan.

So I didn't feel like reading all the way through this again, but I was curious if you knew what the strains are?  If you are only at 48 days you may have awhile yet even with your Indica dominant strains.

Today is the 54th day of flowering ( pics were taken today )

Have no clue what the strain is.....all are bagseed

I'm hoping they will swell up more by the time the trichomes start turning

So , I guess I will be patiently waiting on amber trichomes :willfredjoint:

i have 2 big fans and 1 small

1 big fan sits at the door at room of grow ( blowing towards the second big fan that is blowing directly in the closet
And the small fan is blowing air out of closet

I am worried about it at night though ....( not really any air exchange )
I actually should try an figure out something for that

Well air flow isn't as necessary when the lights are off.  While the plants are having some gas exchange it's not the same as what's happening during the light on period.  My co2 supplementation is turned off when my lights are off and all air exchange stops.

I just made it so that when the lights go out the small fan is still going , more for circulation instead of air exchange ...

Either way it's fine.  I just like to cut down on electricity costs as much as possible considering how much I'm using already.

No air flow, air flow.  One thing to think about though is that if you keep the air flow going during your off period you will have a nice healthy start for the plants when the lights go on.  As in as much co2 as possible.

Good man,  I went for a short hour hike in Forest Park.  A forest in the middle of Portland.  It's pretty awesome being able to go for a hike in a forest and then be at a 5 start restaurant withing 10 minutes.

...I just cut 1 an trimmed it b4 hanging it ( i cut the 1 that was all cloudy ) (3-6 amber trichs ) { the 1 that was pollenated }

I did it for 2 reasons
(1) I want more room for the bushy 1
(2) I need something to smoke in a couple weeks

The babies are very very small atm
put them in there until the show their gender,then its 24hrs for them 


The reason I have them like that is cuz the big 1 ( sativa ) is tall
And the other is ,....well short and bushy (the indica)

SO i have it like at an angle
And the 1 that is over the small 1s is that height so that the dom sativa can have more light on the bottom branches


....How would you arrange it ?

3 lights  (dom indica ) is 8in from top light left light 7in right is 9in

5in from top light not including all others

maybe at the very beginning

But tbh all that has been in there is the mix i tried this time
which is  miracle grow mixed with black cow

And i mixed a good amount of osmocote in it

Never use something like osmocote man.  That's a 4 month release fertlizer.  And CFL grows don't take as much in the way of nutrients since it's not as vigorous growth as compared to HID or outdoor.  Now that it's releasing the nutrients you can't control what they are getting.  I'm sure that's what's causing the tips of your leaves to burn.

I'd put it more on the time release ferts, I'm sure the MG isn't helping though

pretty sure thats 98 days from sprout. idk of any indicas that would take THAT long to flower, but there are some 3-4 month flowering sativas.

Flowering under CFL's takes longer for the trichs to turn amber, and it looks like there's a lot of amber in the last pics there, 40-60% maybe.

Harvest by feedback from your plants, not some number of days somebody says to flower for. For until you know your strain and conditions, only the plant knows when to harvest, everything you're told is mere generalization and averages.

Oh, and those buds do indeed look damn fine, yo.
