It's clearly against the rules and everyone should click the notify mod button, on the bottom of every post, when he/she sees it. It's a rule to keep the growery safe and legal, it's not because we like rules so much or like to enforce them.
I don't visit the smoke lounge, not a mod in there, so I don't notice this without being notified.
