Because I drank too much a few months back and landed a dirty woman in my bed without the convenience of a condom at hand.
Today I had to endure a little old lady swabbing my penis and telling me funny jokes about what sex was like in the 60's.
At least I got a sucker at the end of it all and got some fine ass girl's number in the STD testing room. She probably has aids too, but it don't matter because I probably got it too.

The girl was dirty in the sense that she was a former heroin user.
Who knows if I caught anything honestly, it is a possibility. If it turns out I do have aids, I'm gonna call that girl down at the clinic who probably does have aids. I can then have all the unprotected sex I want until aids ravages me and I die of a cold.
