i had left over spaghetti/meatballs and salad from my grandmothers 90th birthday yesterday. It really wasn't very good but it was free which makes everything taste at least a little better

cut up some raw steak and added to rice-a-roni with some garlic salt and a premixed spice for meat. I know what your thinking steak is nowhere near as classy as hotdogs, but you work with what you have.

wife made a homemade hamberger helper from scratch. pretty tasty! tastes better the the box stuff
I made a hearty salad to go with it (spinach + tons of veggies.... fuck lettuce)

damn man. being down and out eating whatever you can find in the fridge sucks. dont worry though. we all have been in your shoes at least once. what i try to do is pretend the steak is something else like hotdog or spam. i actually bought a hotdog seasoning that i add to everything. shit, when im drunk i add the hotdog seasoning to my hotdogs.
