sauteed bunch of spinach and onions... added it to 3 scrambled eggs, served on whole grain toast with slices of tomatoes

Nice, sounds like 35 grams of fat. maybe 25 grams of protein and 20-35 grams of carbs depending on how much slices of bread you used.


That is 555 calories if you used two slices of bread.

that is assuming you used a tablespoon of oil when sauteeing and then used that oil when cooking eggs and such
