and last but not least I competed in 2 MMA competitions but I don't really like MMA that much more or less did it just to do it and get the experience. IMO if you wanna learn to fight try to avoid MMA and just go to a stand up fighting place and a ground work place. Schools that mix the 2 often  kinda lack some skill overall but hey just my opinion


street fights are never fair the only way I want to go down is knee or elbow first into someones face or throat.

I've done karate - kempo and some gnarly shit some 8th dan black belt made that was like karate/fu meets judo it was pretty good when I was like 13. I want to get into the devestating stand up shit.. traditional boxing isn't really my style though I took some french/mma boxing? savat?

I think Sambo, Kung fu/karate, krav maga or muay thai will really suit what I like. Ground emphasis is fucking gay imo. I don't think my city has any good kung fu places we have a couple decent mma , muay thai and boxing gyms tho. Sambo will be the first adventure then prehaps Muaythai or traditional boxing.

Right now I'm working on beefing up lifting weights a lot and biking so I think training in a martial art will be too much unless I get roids/hgh. I'm going to try some legal supplements for recovery.

well over the entire hour... 150 mg.


but i smoked a small amount at first and ended up smoking it all later. was told later not to do this because when you smoke the first time you get an insane tolerance that fast.

definitely got some effects though it was crazy and i felt amazing.

if you look at archieves the shrunken testicals is 99% myth it lowers sperm production

also theres varying side effects from different anabolic steroids

yeah I heard tolerance goes up super fast, how fast does tolerance go up with acid?

By acid are we talking LSD? 3-5 days for LSD tolerence to go down a decent amount. As for as HGH and shit guys I would avoid it even though I was considering it at 1 point.

but I get injuried easily and im not quite where I want to be.

basically I wanna lose 50lbs(maybe 20 over summer-30 total over a year-all 50 over 2-3yrs) and lift what I do now and I don't lift like a bitch either.

usg543 if you can actually keep yourself motivated just do this P90X shit im doing the results are amazing. It's a pretty intense 90 days of working out but you get ripped at the end of it. I can send you the torrent if you are intrested

all it's good for is getting shredded your not actually going to effectively get any stronger.

my brother is on that and has trouble maintaining lifts as do mny people I know on it.

I need to revamp my routine... I do cardio just about daily and I do upper body and lower body on alternating days sometimes I do back on my upperbody days.. im a slacker like that...
