Fried up some tofu in peanut oil today, and threw it on some rice. The tofu had
been marinated overnight in chicken bullion, and chicken broth. Twas delicious!

They were absolutely delicious and with a marinara dipping sause I couldn't get enough, best thing my wife ever cooked, she's not a good cook at all but this was phenomenal!

Sear steak to rare (better the cut the better the flavor)
Refrigerate
Finely chop onion, green pepper and garlic
Wrap desired amount in egg roll wrapper
Deep fry til golden brown
Heat up some marinara for dipping
