Well that's not boxing that's UFC.
He won because he was able to get the opponents arm into a hold that gave him the ability to break it. The opponent felt he wouldn't have been able to get out of it so he tapped out.

It's not UFC. It's either pride or strike force.
Coaster- you win by knockout, submission, or decision. Decision goes off of who lands more punches and where they land them and who is basically an overall better fighter.

Looked close enough to UFC to me. Some sort of MMA fight.

Yeah, the big dude does suck. But still, getting that big motherfucker to tap out is no small feat and he could knock you out VERY easily if you allow him to.
There's a difference in UFC and those other organizations of MMA. UFC has a ton of rules. Those forms of fighting have A LOT less rules.
