gonna try something new tomorrow.
i have a HUGE rack of beef finger ribs smothered with rib rub and those will sit in the fridge over night. tomorrow im going to set the oven on low and let the ribs sit for a good 3 hours. from there i will move them to the grill, smother with some bbq sauce and let each side grill for 15-20 min.
ive cooked ribs both in the oven and on the grill, but never together. should be interesting and tasty.
