I still eat small snacks (200cal or less) during the day just to keep my blood sugar and electrolytes up.
I just save the actual meals until the evening.
If I eat a big lunch I'm sure to crash in the afternoon.

That's cool man. I've been doing the opposite, I eat a nice hefty breakfast and a fair sized lunch and juice for dinner.

If I am not around anyone, I usually forget to eat, and then pig out at night. Usually, I just have three real small meals, and munch on nuts (fuck you) most of the day.

I am a big fan of Masaman, but I like the persian goat/potato style. I ate it a lot when I was in south-west Asia and developed a fondness for it. My wife flips shit over panang style curries that's what she got last night.
