 stressed out seedlings and hermaphroditism

Hey d00ds!
so i may or may not have picked up a couple of LSD beans from a vendor, original breeder is barney's farms. indica dom, mazar x skunk 1
they are a month old today!
two weeks ago, i accidentally gave them some light damage as i figured out real quick how close was too close.
lsd 1 had minor root rot, which i fixed by dialing back the watering. minor nute deficiencies as a result, got the claw too. new growth on this specimen is unhindered and healthy looking.
lsd 2 doesnt have quite the nice speedy new growth that numero uno has, but is recovering. only slightly overwatered id, i'm thinking the heat and too much water are hindering growth slightly and causing canyons to form in the leaves.
they are about 4-6 inches tall, havent measured.
i'm wondering how bad this will end up for my plants? should i just start over with new seed? thanks in advance.

had a feeling i was going to get that response, cause i figured that the plants would recuperate enough (especially in a vegetative state) to where they wouldn't be stressed out anymore - i just didn't know if that was the case or not. if they were in flower and stressed out like that i wouldn't be standing the same chance, am i correct in my reasoning?
nice to finally get to interact with you here on these boards.
this is my first rodeo, and my end goal is to be working in the industry in a few years.
maybe i'll get around to making a log about this one. thanks again!
