 Cops Suck

Got arrested last night for driving while high, found less then a gram, bowl, scale and grinder in my car as well as a prescription bottle with the label taken off which appreantly you can get a year for. What can they do and how can I get out of this fucked up system as soon as possible? Any of you guys been in the same position? please let me know how it went for you.

Was there anything in the old script bottles? If not, those will not cause you any issue. I am wondering if having a scale and such a small amount of weed will land you a distribution charge. I bet you get paraphernalia and possession best case.

Miranda rights only need to be read if you are under arrest and being interrogated. You were never arrested(correct?) so any questions asked are legit.
Your argument is stupid. Get a lawyer and stop trying to play a game you know nothing about.

Get a good lawyer is all I'm saying. Weird I drive great high what did he pull you over for you might be able to do a probable cause defence as well. Course I'm a scientist not a lawyer haha.
