i think it would be one reason for making it legal to save money in jailing people who had a little weed. although jails are big big business in the states as they make shit tonnes of money and get people to do work for little pay. im sure its dif state to state, but still! whats teh % of african americans in jail working for little to no pay sounds like slave labor!! guess there has been a long history of it down there haha 
be very cool if cali made it legal the cash would be amazing drug tourism is huge!!!! think of festies in cali WOW

Weed shouldn't go for $380-420/oz like it does for GOOD headies where I'm from. The voters of California need to get off their ass and make shit happen, other states will follow. Weed will be in a greater abundance, generally of a higher quality, and cheaper for everyone.

I don't understand why more people dont just call someone in CA and have them ship it. I do this all the time in Louisiana, and when I am in CA I send a shit ton to my peeps in other states. Its my obligation to our slumping economy . It is safer than putting it in a car and driving it imo. There is no reason to pay that much.

Well the California voters made medical marijuana happen. Polls say that over 55% + of people will vote for the legalization of Marijuana period. This is happening.

you talking about Nixon putting it on the controlled substance act? I thin kit was Nixon who did it, but either way I think that it would have to be taken off of that to make it legal across the board.

They can make it legal in the same fashion they can have medical and decriminalization. All of that is technically superseded by the federal law where it is illegal. I think the federal law will more likley just not get enforced rather than repealed.

I hate how some people assume getting a flashback from acid means that acid is still in their system.
They need to read up on what causes a flashback, it makes perfect sense then.

The only "flash-back" I ever had was right after running a shit ton. I sat down and everything went mushroomy for about 15 seconds. It wasn't too bad.
