I don't like that it can occasionally make me forget things
...and I guess I also don't like that it makes me forget things sometimes.

I kind of like it for that when my dreams get too intense start having nightmares can't sleep lol, won't happen if you smoke before bed. But on recall specifically if you sit still right when you wake up and try to think about it right then it's supposed to be easier because before you move or get up all the blood is still in your brain, something like that.
I also don't like that it's mildly difficult to administer vs other drugs.

Things I don't like about weed;
It lowers bodily anandamide levels
It costs a lot of money to buy
It costs a lot of money to grow
Even vaping it is bad for your lungs
But the all time worst thing about weed has to be the industry it has created.

The risk of losing my job. Every job that I've had since undergrad has had some sort of random drug test policy, and I've had some close calls before.
I also dislike the lose of dream recall.

They do. It's really up to the employer in most cases to decide whether to test for MJ. Some employers are doing better about it and doing a saliva test, which does a better job of telling if you're current high vs whether you've smoked in the last 2 or 3 weeks with urinalysis.
And anything that deals with the federal government in any way usually has to follow federal law for cannabis legality.
