hey guys just wondering has anybody here used avid at all? if so about how long after applying avid to my girls does it take before the compound has broken down to be safe before the plant can be harvested to make sure that no chemicals still on the buds?
also does anybody know if its better to spray the plant with it or just mix it in water then drench the soil and let the plant absorb threw the roots? if that is safe is it a longer wait time (which i assume it is) before its safe to use to smoke?
my girls are still in flower got a shit load of leaf miners on the girls and tried the stuff like azamax and did nothing.

Avid is all I will ever use.
1ml to a pint of water, and I spray the plants directly, top and bottom of the leaves at the break of the dark period, to avoid burning.
I believe it's said to be 45 days as far as how long it stays with the plant.

Remember Avid is not a systemic it is a translaminar which means it stays in one part of the plant and does not move around.

I have it . us it .I only use it in veg thow,by the time i flip them and they flower out all the avid should be gone. But in your case there flowerin i wouldnt chance it? Thats just me

i would never use is. it's a banned pesticide in the MJ industry in colorado... i wouldnt touch that shit.
a few dispensaries got in a lot of trouble for using banned chemicals recently, avid being one of them.

Well, I would recommend Mighty Wash but I don't know how well it works for miners. All I know is it does wonders when it comes to mites.

Cool if there in veg you can spray them and all the new growth (in the buds) there wont be any avid.

I use avid. Its the only pesticide that worked for me when I had a bad aphid issue. It knocked those fuckers down real quick. I spray my girls with it 2-3 times during veg. The last spray is always a few days before they go into flower.

Holy shit dude. I just checked and they say the strongest to mix is 2.5 mil per gallon. What are you trying to kill gophers? Now I know I can really turn up the dosage if I want.

Just working with the eyes the good lord gave me.
I honestly can't read measurements under 1ml, and I've never had a need for than a full pint much less gallon.
I purchased 120mls about five years ago, and bet I still have 105 of that left.
Even mixing strong, it will most likely last me forever.
