Is it an extract?...Or an extract/leaf blend?
Depending on what it is, and the ratio of extract/leaf in that stuff if it's a blend, 600mg isn't a whole lot. But if that's pure alkaloid, then 600mg would be quite a lot.
Either way, having a bunch of food in the stomach will dull down the potential for sure.

Extracts taken alone don't do a whole lot since they don't contain the entire spectrum of alkaloids found in the leaf that have synergy with one another...but taking some extract with plain leaf will potentiate things considerably for me.
When using an extract I'll just add a hefty pinch to my regular teaspoon of leaf.

It was supposed to be full extract. I think it was my full stomach. Took another 600 mgs and definitely felt somethang.
