Flushing

I have several plants in a hydro top feed sys..One plant is done, the others have 2 weeks to go.How do I flush one plant. All the roots are in tank with nutrients.what can I expect if I don't flush the one small plant.Is it that critical? Thanks

It helps the smoke be way less harsh after drying and what not. You could just separate that one pot from the rest and the flush for a week.
