Hey everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. Sorry for mistakes and mispellings... Using a cell phone until I break down and get a Comcast package or something... Just moved, you know?
Anyways, I'm on the shroomery and I started almost a year ago with growing some shrooms. More interested in growing them than consuming them actually. Been clean off heroin for almost 4 years (this April) and that's a whole other story itself... and a sort of long one too.
You can call me a late bloomer. Didn't even smoke my first joint til 26... I would say it was because the opportunity never really came up before then... Due to my ex. Guess I can at least thank him for that but not the heroin addiction... Hah.
Ok... I just moved into a house. We (fiance and I... No, not the heroin addict dude) have almost 6 acres. Most are part of a swamp/wet area.... But we have a nice part of woods on one end of the property... Highway running along side the other... Near the woods is a large pond. This all used to be my grandparents house and was vacant due to grandmom passing on in 2010... My dad and mom have been taking care of it, especially the large yard.
Since my fiance and I have moved in Nov 2011. We YVes been fixing the place to make it lore our style. the kitchen floor is the worst I even seen in my life... It's gonna be like 40 years old and doesn't go with anything we have.. its being replaced this year no doubt... We did the bathroom floor already last year and it really improved things... The wallpaper has got to go though.
Ok I tend to ramble a lot.. sorry.
Anyways, for the past few weeks (probably cause I have been really mad about the bad flushes coming out of ny mushies) I have been looking at another hobby... thats why I am here.
I would like to have a very small grow in one of the spare rooms (house will be paid off this year... We are getting it out of the way very soon although we just got here). I was thinking of a grow in the closet of the computer room/spare bedroom or just take over part of the other spare with the 2 small ass here (used to be my dad's and aunt's beds when they were growing up).
I would also like a larger grow outside.. spread out near the edge of the woods as far as it doesn't get too close to the swamp area. There is bamboo out there... great cover.. but the thing is... My parents live down the road... Dad has been cutting the grass and picking up sticks/leaves and the area by the bamboo is a small clearing where we dump yard waste... So I can't really plant anything there although its perfect because my dad probably will see it out there when he's doing the yard. The yardwork is theraputic to him... His therapist agrees. I probably can keep it clean enough where there will not need to be much done with my fiance... But my parents will probably come over. My mom and i are sharing the garden area this year.
I guess indoors would be better (I can lock the door) but I will eventually find a spot to have a few plants spread out well near the Pond area...
Just ordered some seeds last night from Attitude... Fiance picked ak-48 and I wanted to go with lowryder diesel Ryder... If I am a success I would like to go with white widow. Expect tons of pictures. I love taking pictures...
