Man, we came up with the epic yardsale score of the century!
We were at a yardsale down the street earlier today. I love yardsales, and haven't had a chance to go to one in FOREVER!!! I begged my girl to let us stop, and she said "okay. $20 spending limit, period".
I found two old cast iron pans, one for $5 and one for $10... then my girl found a candle for $2. So we have 3 bucks left to spend. I start looking for something a bit cheaper than the $25 skill saw I really wanted...
I first noticed a small bag of hydroton in the back of their yard. Then I noticed it was sitting inside a reflective hood... next to it was a 95w CFL, and I was already walking over. Next I realize that sitting behind it was a 1'x3' floodtable on a stand with rockwool, a pump, timer and some misc. nutes sitting inside... my girl walks over and she's like "oooh, growing equipment! But we don't. Have enough for all this, baby..." I ask the lady if she wanted to sell it all as a lot, or if she'd be ok piecing it out. I figured I MIGHT be able fo get the bulb for only a couple bucks... But when she said "Oh, we were just wanting $20 for it", I didn't hesitate to say "we'll take it all!" And threw it in the car before they changed their mind...
$200 worth of hydro crap, for $20!!! Epic fucking win! I'm tossing the rockwool because its old and dusty, but the rest of it will go well with our other stuff.... man, I LOVE yardsales!!!

I'm trying to figure out if I can flower, honestly... combine the CFL with my 4 bulb T-8 to veg the mothers and switch the 1k to HPS. Between the aero setup I made and the flood table I just got, we could have 25 plants in flower here shortly...

Throw some pictures up whenever or ifever you get to it, I want to see this...A candle for 2 dollars or a complete grow setup for 20 dollars, they clearly didn't realize what it was...Or maybe they did they just don't care.

They knew what it was, just not what it was worth. It was given to them as a gift. they just never used it and wanted it gone... lol.
