Came across this today- http://tucsoncitizen.com/paranormal/2010/09/24/tucson-ufo-sighting-ufo-enthusiast-captures-object-on-video/
Not sure what was caught on film but it looks kinda cool. the comments section is pretty heated up too, apparently a lot of people in that area saw those lights.

So, unless you can identify the object, all lights are UFOs.

Most lights can be ID'd as an airplane or helicopter. Thats what was in the video in the OP, human powered aircraft......not ET's.
They were pretty easy to ID too. If you have ever seen an airplane or helicopter at night that is.

Some moron with a camera sees a light in the sky and started making a shitty recording. Then tried to zoom in on a low flying plane.
