 why do my leaves wrinkle

the leaves have been wrinkling since 2 days ago and the 1st leaves got bigger then usual. how can i fix this problem. plant is 3 inch from the light. 26w CFL to start i will be adding more soon.

I had the same issue as well, but it disappeared after the first set of leaves, and those eventually died and fell off.
Maybe check your PH and get back to us.

some miracle grow soil that my friend had at his house. he used the same on his plants but his are doing fine. i may be over watering.

You gotta wait for the top inch or so of the soil to competely dry out before watering.
Does that cup have drainage holes?

Put it in natural sunlight.
Natural light will fix almost any lighting problems.
While its getting that sunlight, go out and buy a proper lighting system.

im on a budget, im going to get about (6) 26w CFLs in the box in the next 2-3 days.
Yes there were drainage holes in the dixie cup.
i guess i will put the plant in my window seal until then. its pretty cold here about 42F. 6C. will that be ok?

Nope, that's way too cold for your plant. Can you just put it next to a window? So it gets light but isn't so cold.
