would any of you suggest using a cc or dbt card for buying seeds only or to only go cash thru mail?

Use cashiers check. Less chance of it getting stolen and just as good as cash.

Most places take US cashier checks. The GOOD sites will even output your total in the currency of your choice  . There are such things as international cashiers checks but most places with take USD ones. Just ask them or search their site. You're not the first person who has sent them this question so search first and then ask. Nothing shady with asking  .

Get the seeds delivered to a trustworthy friend if you have the chance. Then they don't come to your door. See if you ca use their card or something as well and just gve them the money. You don't really want the address you grow at to be the one your seeds come to.
Although we all know you're law abiding and only want them for souvenier purposes. Right?

research not souvenirs. do what the shroomers do, "its for microscopy".
i agree in a way that you shouldnt get them sent to you addy or name that is growing...but seems kind of low to use someone elses name/house to risk it. at least get their consent
see how easy it is to setup a PO box with fake id in your country
