Do they have 'inside Canada' locations, I was hoping to order from within Canada, no overseas shipping or customs stuff to deal with

Yeah, both orders were credit cards. If you dont have one or your a little sketch about using one, you can go to CVS or Walgreens or some place like that and get a pre-paid credit card and use that.

I'd like to offer up this as a resource-- it's an amazing site for reference, and is updated pretty regularly--
http://www.seedbankupdate.com/
They have tons of resources, and rate the various places based on multiple, verified experiences, and also integrate your experiences into their ratings-- if you've used someone on their list (or even more importantly, not on the list, or currently 'unrated', send this guy some reports so he can include them for other seekers to consider

seedbay has too many instable genetics being sold at too high prices imho. There might be some decent beans to be had, but in general you should be cautious. Id be careful in regard to ICmag reports too, since the is seedbays "advertising" plattform. You cannot create a decent stable plant in 4 months.
have a look at hemcy.at or www.hipersemillas.com/uk/ www.sannieshop.com They have freebies, and I find that prices for seeds are cheaper in europe than in North America.

hell yea prices are cheaper for europe in general.
I went through seedbay and all the seeds that i ordered germinated. i got 26 seeds for 50 bucks including shipping. Sativa Pheno, Kalichakra and six (haze X skunk) freebies. three seeds arent making it but its only been three days. And those are three of the freebie seeds that suck. Took em four days to ship north.
whatever seedbay has you think are over priced, you can look em up and they are pretty much the same price or more at other places.
marijuana seeds nl gots some nice shit tho, it was my first choice but the cust service is kinda shitty. they get short with you quick, so i said fuck em i don't trust it, but now il take another look

Seedbay
you have to kinda look around. I typed in sativa and just compared prices. They got good descriptions of the herb your buyin. kalichakra is still there for 24 bones. Says to be medicinal and clear anti anxiety buzz, whatever the fuck that means. And i got 6 skunk X haze freebies. Good shit. liked delivery, it only took four days and pretty discrete. They also offer fem seeds but those get nutz expensive.

well kalichakra is a cross, honestly all i can get up here is couch lock. I just want something less stoned and more clear headed.
Stoned is good, but i just stuff my face and fall asleep.
i think i had sativa dominant once, the herb was lime green and had hints of greenish blue. it was very clear headed and i felt like i was gliding across the room. I was able to keep a conversation going without getting lost every other minute

I've heard nothing but great things about Dr. Chronic.
One I've been looking at is Mandala Seeds' online shop. Not only do they have some good seeds from other breeder's, not really a sizable list, they have their own Mandala seeds, which are no longer available at other seed-banks because they stopped their whole-sale business due to illness. Freebies for all and you can have the cd shipping option checked.
My friend hasn't ordered from them yet, but I found this site for him when one of the strains he wanted to grow was by Mandala and they weren't in-stock anywhere else. Fortunately two of the three other strains he'll be growing are there as well.

I recently got a visa "gift" card and it was a big 100$ fail for online orders because it was the wrong one. Have you have success with actually using a prepaid CC?
I know now that you need a re-loadable one or you are fucked for most online merchants.

reloadable? shit i have no idea how any of that shit works yet. I used to be a cashier and our terminal didnt take some of em, i used to get bitched at for it like it was my fault. Giftcards always got problems.
I would just see if you could transfer the funds from that one to a regular one like at walgreens.

It really is a question that is easily answered with just a little time spent searching around, but I think this website here should be exactly what you're looking for:
The Attitude Seed Bank
In fact, put "420" in the discount coupon area and you'll save 15%! I haven't spent a lot of time looking for seed banks that operate within Canada itself, but a lot of the ones I have seen are complete rip-offs.
For example, take KindSeed.com, linked in the first post of this thread. If you were to order ten seeds of Matanuska Tundra from Sagarmatha, you'd be paying $310, not including shipping. With the aforementioned Attitude Seed Bank, you could get the same amount of seeds of the same strain, shipped across the pond (and with a medium t-shirt, helps with stealth I think to select one), and its only $163. There's no legitimate explanation for why they would charge twice as much, and I've seen this same thing on other Canadian seed-banks as well.

Also, thought I might (unfortunately) add since I mentioned it earlier that you can't even get Mandala strains through their online shop anymore. They are closed down until January of next year due to the dude's health problems. It is really sad; those strains are all excellent and cheap.

do people have a disagreement with fairly priced seed sites such as K.C. Brains and/or Nirvana seed bank? dutch breed is a good one also..
$163? cheap? what's wrong with the nirvana special or nirvana white widow or blue mystic?
what's wrong with dutchbreeds orange candy floss?
damn, if those sites are a rip off, let me know

speaking of that, sorry i forgot to mention, k.c. brains doesn't ship to the u.s. but you can get their same stuff from dr. chronic or dopeseeds.com or cannabis-seeds.com
those are good places to find good stuff, I saw a g-13 hybrid at one of those sites for 35 euros and strawberry cough at one of those sites for 35 euros
try em out go to dutchbreed or lowlifeseeds for good autoflowering hybrids, dutchbreeds got em to!
and don't forget nirvana-shop, they've got some funky shit like the ak-48 for maybe 20-35 euros where you'll see em in the hundreds range at other spots, they got all that shit

No, what I'm saying is that paying twice as much for the same strain at one website than the other is a rip-off. There is definitely good genetics available much cheaper than $150. Mandala seeds, like I was mentioning, had great genetics for around $30 to $50. I'm imagining Nirvana is a similar situation as that. Paying $150-$200 isn't necessarily too expensive as long as it is a great breeder and it is one of the renowned strains, but charging $300 for the same strain that is typically available for half that can only be a rip-off.

If anyone wants to know, over at Seedbay they have listings for Mandala Seeds, just a few left. They aren't making any more seeds until the beginning of next year, and I've never heard anything but great comments about their seeds and genetics, cheaper than they usually were, even.

My mandala seeds order recently came through, but as previously posted they are done making seeds until next year while Mike recovers from an illness.
Seedboutique is legit, too. Both of the sites mentioned shipped a freebie pack with the order. Mandala's freebie was way better (5x of their outdoor mix compared to some tough to germ skunk cross). Also, don't blow vendors stealth shipping guys. Come on now, use your heads!

Reservoir Seeds will be releasing c99 in a couple of months. Its basically the most sought after phenotype of c99. I'd keep your eye on that over at seed boutique or seedbay.

The leaves are definitely not actually that color. The light color has been adjusted or a blue flash was used. Notice the strip in the middle of the picture where the leaves are the normal green color? Beyond that, I'm definitely not impressed with the strain information they provide. First it says "A mostly indica strain", and below, with the icons, it lists it as being "mostly sativa". A THC level of 25%? A yield of "high - ned we say more?"? They are simply making shit up; some companies actually do run tests on THC levels. They have a Cannabis Cup trophy in every single picture of every single strain, despite the fact that they've never won one.
Honestly, the site is bullshit. I'd rather order from a reputable place like Dr. Chronic or Seed Boutique/Seedbay.

I agree, they're just wanting you to buy there product. Plus any seed bank with thcseeds as the main site should be shot in the face. I bet 'Kush' would blow that cross away.
I'd order from reefermans seeds or seedbay
Although seedbay can get quiet high...espescially for the Kushes

If you're talking about Spice Of Life's Blockhead, they haven't released Blockhead yet, so if you found it, the seeds are probably from stock from like 2004.

Do you mean LegendsSeeds.com?
If you do, Blockhead is out of stock on there. Spice of Life just recently came back into the game, from what I was reading, and Blockhead is still being worked on....
If you do find a place with Blockhead seeds from Spice of Life though, just keep in mind that you might have more difficulty germinating four year old seeds, especially without knowing how well they were stored.

Hey guys, i did a search here and at shroomery and found nothing. I am trying to find Strawberry Cough seeds from a reliable source. The cheapest ones i have found are from:
http://www.cannabis-seeds.co.uk/products/552/strawberry-cough.html
Anyone got any pointers or advice on some similar strains?

Well, the listing you have linked us to there is out of stock.
Both Dr. Chronic and Seed Boutique have Strawberry Cough listed underneath Dutch Passion, but they only have them available in feminized form, five and ten packs. Its possible that Dutch Passion ran out of their regular seeds for that strain, or possibly discontinued them.... If you don't mind feminized seeds, then Dr. Chronic and Seed Boutique are as reliable as they come.

Ahh, thanks for the response Sirius! Maybe this isn't the place, but what are feminized seeds? I was thinking that that just means they are guaranteed to be female. Judging from what you put I have misunderstood.

female seeds are female x female / hermie crosses.
one female is stressed into producing pollen and you have a high female to hermie ratio.
basically no males but you end up with 5% hermies or something like that ... more if you stress your plants... some people get like 1/2 hermies.

Regular seeds, if they are available for the strain you're looking for. Whether or not you'll get hermaphrodites with feminized seeds would depend on the specific technique the breeder used to produce feminized seeds, and possibly how much stress the plants receive in growing. Also, I think it would be a question of to which extent a plant becomes a hermaphrodite as well - if it only produces a few male flowers here and there, they can be pinched off before they pollinate the buds, and the pollen of some hermaphrodites will be sterile anyways.
A lot of people do buy feminized seeds, of course, so obviously they should work fine most of the time. Greenhouse Seeds, for instance, is focusing entirely on feminized seeds, because they receive a lot more demand for them, and they sell a lot of seeds. Female Seeds has been out of the game for awhile now, and there is huge demand for their stuff, especially their Grapefruit strain (they have now released a few strains and are working on getting more available). Clearly, feminized seeds can't be all bad, considering all of this. I have heard some reports of Dutch Passion's feminized seeds being more likely to go hermie, and not being the greatest genetics in general, but I won't write them off until I try them out.
If you are interested in growing Strawberry Cough, I'd recommend picking up a five pack of the feminized seeds and give it a shot.

Here's something taken from the website of Female Seeds on the matter:
Quote:
Your highest concern is: what’s the chance of a hermie? First of all, what is a hermie? A real hermie is a plant which creates 50% male flowers and 50% female flowers with hardly no bud formation. This is possible in all seeds, just as much in regular seeds as in well produced female seeds. It's part of nature and happens in very rare cases. All of our seed batches are tested for hermie’s before they are released on the market. Seed batches which have proven to be unreliable are destroyed. Deviations which are uncommon, but possible in female seeds are a few (mostly sterile) male first flowers on the stem of a female plant. After removal of these few balls, the plant will grow into a full female. Hence 99% female seeds. So, what is the chance of you getting a male flower? It’s like the chance of getting involved in an accident whilst driving your car, there is a tiny tiny chance of coming across a male flower in female seeds. To be on the safe side people these days wear seatbelts to protect themselves during an accident. We would also like to recommend growers to protect themselves from being unfortunate enough to come across a male flower. Therefore our recommendations are to always watch the stem of your plants in the first few weeks of flowering. For some strains the chance of a male pre-flower is lower with a longer vegetation period, while other strains are not susceptible to this at all. Each strain states a reliability rate to advise you on the chances of a male flower in that strain. (see strain descriptions) Taking these kind of precautions, besides your usual input will guarantee you a successful and happy grow. And by being fully informed this way, will give you more confidence in working with female seeds. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

on www.seedbay.com the breeders are www.icmag.com/ic members. They show you step by step of there shit so you know how it's done if it's feminized or not. That's what i like about them .... hence the prices.

Haven't ordered in at least a year so I don't know what you're talking about. Last time I ordered I lost $80 bucks in the mail ordering some critical mass...
I plan on ordering again soon, I think I'm going to get some Kahuna from Soma and early queen* from Mr. Nice... Not positive on the early queen* but I definitely want some kahuna. I've been meaning to buy super silver haze seeds forever too...
Here's some picks of some blockhead I got as a freebie long ago. All the pics of the blockhead came out blurry though, camera I was using for those first ones was very shitty. I got 2 females, 2 pheno's both had long spear like nugs. Taste was awful but that was probably a my fault. I might have gotten a little pynethrin on the buds while battling the borg... I only use quality neem oil now when the plant is in flower... Yeild was great, each plant yeilded about 3 ounces. High was meh.
I also got some oaxacan that didn't germ, several packs of various skunks, and probably some other stuff I don't particularly remember.... Oh some wallyduck freebie, I think it was blueberry x c99.

Hey, nice fucking gallery! The Omega Diesel especially looks great!
Thunk is Sam the Skunkman's Original Thai Haze x Skunk #1. It is a really long flowering sativa. They've been handing it out as freebies for quite some time.
Those strains sound great. If you're interested, in a couple weeks, Reservoir will be releasing the original recipe Apollo 11, and then, sometime after that, the holy grail C'99. Last time ever for both. Also, Wallyduck has some C'99 seeds that will be given away as freebies at the Bay right about now, due to low germ rates (some should still work).
Looking forward to your grow!

Very interested in C99, I've never had it but the way I've heard it described... Potent mentally stimulating headies, fast growing/flowering plant with great sativa high. I most definitely want it. Any idea in price and quantity? Couple meaning 2 weeks? After looking just now at what Rez has I'll definitely get that C99 when it comes out + Double Strawberry Diesel. Only $40 is that temporary? hope there's some left when the c99's come out. The normal strawberry diesel cost 3x's that when it came out iirc.

There isn't a price yet on the Apollo 11, and he said there should be enough listings of it to last for a solid week (which is saying something, considering how much demand there is and how quickly his sought-after seeds can disappear ). He said possibly two weeks. I'm not sure how long C'99 is off until, possibly a month. C'99 is set at $80.
The Double Strawberry Diesel is the last release, if I remember correctly. Its been listed there for awhile and has slowly been selling, but I don't know if there is enough there to last for a month. Possibly two weeks. If I were you, I wouldn't wait.

I don't think I will. I may have to pay 5 more bucks for shipping but then again I get an extra pack of seeds via the freebie. Can't lose. I don't have any diesels anymore anyways... I've grown NYCD(clone, sweet/fruity tasting compared to sour), Sour Diesel(clone, hard to describe the taste was unique, intense and just so awesome), and Omega Diesel(seed, lighter sweeter taste compared to sour). Too bad im not better at hanging on to genetics... The sour diesel I had was to die for. I think it was the original clone, rez was only on version 2 or so when I got the clone from the bay and it was so danky smelling and tasting with a great unique high. Very.. uhh.... pungent stuff. Flowered pretty quick too. Lost it though, I stopped growing, fellow grower had it and then he lost it so no more sour diesel for us.
I need to start up my grow again soon.

If you live in Ontario, why not just try the Ontario Seed Bank! The seeds are covered in a special coating that hleps root growth among other things. They have advertized on the back of the last, like, ten hightimes. They also get seeds from other banks. They come feminized and non-feminized.

anyone heard of dope-seeds.com? they have this auto dope section of seeds, the take 8-10 weeks from seed, avg 14- 30g per plant, can be grown in 6" pot under flours????? sounds to good to be true! cuz in a 4x4 area thats 64 plant sites and at min 14g per, 2lb in 10 weeks, you could have 2 harvest a year, and smoke an oz a week! THat sound correct to you all?

thats how auto flowers work no bs there. But you can grow regular plants and space out your cloning and vegging times to 3 weeks at each stage. then putting them into flower for 9 weeks will give you a harvest every 3 weeks. That is if you keep up the schedule by replacing clones and vegging plants when they are moved to their next stage of growth.

No personal experience with the AF's, but from what I've read, they can be cloned, but they flower based on their age from seed so they'll finish budding at the same time as the momma. Kind of pointless unless you could force a veg stage, but then why even get autoflowering genetics?

I wouldnt try to force a veg. i dont think you even can? cuz they flower in 24hrs of light but prefer 18/6 cycle. IF/When i decide, i may start off with 30 seeds, find strong male and take pollen from one and use a model car paintbrush to apply. and you can get autoflower auot female seeds. even if they are 100 for 10, thats 600 dollars for 2lbs.....

I buy all my seeds from Cannazon these days. Great selection, very stealthy. Check them out but leave some stock for me!

Thanks for the info they seem to have the best prices. How long for delivery?

I know this is an old thread, but I have ordered from Canada, London and Amsterdam. Most of them are good. Now however they won't generally let US folks use a credit card. You have to learn Bitcoins which is how they want to be paid now. Only Canada will still use US cards. FYI. Nirvana sent me 10 dead seeds. When I complained they only sent me 5 new ones. Only 2-3 of those sprouted, so I'd watch seed "sales." I think they are offing older seeds which may not have the same vibrancy. The plants that did survive took forever to flower, too. Damned expensive. I favor Attitude, Gorilla, CropKing. I have had good experiences with Nirvana, at first, but I think they are getting popular and so the quality might be going down a little in favor of quantity.
