Hello everyone.
This is my first post and grow.
I am hoping someone can help me save it
As you can see from the photos its got probs. I watered 10hr before photos were taken
I'm growing in coco coir and perlite which I hydrated and double buffered with rain water adjusted to 6pH.
Grow sprouted 1st July. Only used plain pH6 adjusted rain water to water, no nutes. Lights are on lowest setting 11% and are about 60cm above soil surface. Grow looked fine to me 5 days ago but has been declining since and growth has stalled
Help would really be appreciated. If you need more info please ask.

Coir and perlite have no nutes. Your seedling has probably used up in own nutrients to get to this stage and is now starving.
Your lights are probably too far away to be useful.
I wouldn't bother adjusting the PH of your water.

Could be a salt problem as well, coco usually needs to be rinsed before use as it can be very salty.
I’d flush with water until the EC of the runoff is close to the input EC. I’d follow that up immediately with balanced nutrients at 6-800 ppm. When I do seedlings I give them ~800 ppm of nutrients and fairly strong light right off the bat.
Also, I’d start with smaller pots next time. Makes it much easier to correct mistakes while you are learning, and large pots aren’t necessary with coco if you can feed often enough.
I would still pH the nutrient water.

Dang maybe that is why some of my seeds/sprouts didnt do so good this year. I used coco on em and didnt wash it, didnt know that was a thing.

Ridiculous ain't it. That a company selling a plant substrate wouldn't wash the salt outta the shit first.
Luckily I'd heard about the possibility and made sure to get 'buffered' coir. Not sure my mushrooms would have appreciated the salty tang of coastal coir either.
