I used to do a daily stretch routine for about an hour. The whole body. Then, practice martial arts up on the hill. Lift some weights. Go mountain biking.

So ive decided im for sure going to use the pollen from this hobbits mix x cherry sour mac cross I made because it not only smells like the old school sour D but it now also smells like hobbits mix like the tatooine doughnuts etc....about to make some fire crosses 
I feel like my plants are exploding in growth every day and im loving it:

Its fun. You don't even have to grow weed. I really like this grow tent, you could probably grow damn near anything you could grow in a garden in it
