White culture ... what the hell is that? Its not a homogeneous group, just take for exemple Québec amongst North America, we have a completely different culture, we don't even speak the same language, our beliefs aren't the same, our history isn't the same, our accent isnt alike the one in France at all, and the same thing could be said about pretty much any provinces or states. Europe is a good exemple of it, look at all the countries with a majority of caucasians, you can't say its all ''white  culture'', Germany is quite different from Englad, Russia from France, etc.

Just the difference of language implies a whole different perception on your surroundings and how you'll interract with it.
