im going to be looking for a job here in the next couple months. ( a new job in hvac...) and i dont want to go to an interview looking like i sit around on my ass so i started working out.
i was doing good in july but than broke my toe so from then on i pretty much sat around and drank. now that my toe has healed ive started working out again. im even running every other day!
i started last monday and the very first time i ran it took 15 minutes and 6 breaks to get to the end and back. this morning i only took 4 breaks and it took me 10 minutes.
when i get back i lift weights for a good 20 minutes then hit the shower and go to work.
ive also cut out most of the processed food and i eat fruit every day along with healthier stuffs. no alcohol either. this past sunday was 2 weeks.
on top of that i started taking a daily vitamin and a b 12 complex. oh oh oh. i also cut out the daily dose of gatorade i was drinking with my kratom. that shit has 32g of sugar and like 110g of sodium. instead, i drink my kratom with green tea and ginseng.
anywhoo, i thought i might share that.
