 Want to make oil out of ditch weed?

Hello, my daughter is 6 and has Epilepsy and we have been buying oil and I learned to make oil with alcohol but what she really needs is very high CBD and low THC and I live 8 hours from Colorado and have a red card but live in Missouri, I was wondering if anybody has made oil out of ditch weed? it contains high CBD and low THC.

My concern with concentrating "ditch weed" would be residual pesticides and molds and shit. Where im from theres people bringin 2000+ lbs of mexican brick everyday. The shit sits in bricks wrapped up and hidden in whatever the fuck...
once its bagged up to smoke that stuff is NASTY. And really flat lol.
People around here make oil with that stuff and i personally wouldnt hit it..and thats just for fun. If it was going to be used as medicind on a child, i would not experiment with unknown "ditch weed" without doing a real good visual and smell inspection. Any mold or ammonia smell and i wouldnt risk that on my kid.
plus...ditch weed doesnt necessarily mean high cbd. It just means low thc. There are certain strains high in cbd but they still need to be grown to their full potential to get those benefits. Just because its a "certain strain" doesnt mean a thing unless you get it lab tested.
any herb grown poorly will not produce the same effects as some grown very well...and "ditch weed" usually is not very good.
but then again...maybe your ditch weed is far superior to mexican bricks? I dunno. And without a lab test no one will...so my advice is just to be super extra cautious especially when dealing with kids.

Are you talking about low thc high cbd strains? Because if so then you should specify.
"Low grade" sounds like youre purposely not putting effort into a grow.
Im sure that charlottes web strain high in cbd still needs a proper grow.
think "high grade, low thc"
im sure if you get a clone of charlottes web and grew it all half assed then it wouldnt produce the medicinal benefits as well as one grown to its full potential.

By low grade I mean regular seeds I found in a gram of free herb from a dispensary. The nug had around 20 seeds so I am guessing it was a hermie.
I'm growing these seeds outdoors as a test to see if I can keep them alive and to determine the sex of the plants which will probably be hermies as well.
I am not giving them nutrients just distilled water and they're growing beautifully. I will upload pics in a while.
I currently cannot give them the full attention they deserve due to lack of space and a busy schedule.

No idea to be honest, they are smelling danky though.
  
I am experimenting with perlite for two of the plants and cactus soil for the other two. The cactus soil ones seem to be flourishing well.

Like do you water by hand or have them in a tray or somethin. I couldnt tell if that container had drainage.
and just plain water in perlite is going to get you deficiencies pretty quick if you dont add nutrients.
ive heard other people using cacti soil with good results cuz of the extra drainage. Yours looks like its doin better than the perlite ones prolly cuz the soil actually has some bacterias and maybe a little bit of nutrients already in it.

Ah yes sorry about that. I water them by hand and they all drain well. Yes I started noticing the ones with perlite are not growing as well.
What kind of nutrients would I need to add to the perlite ones to get them to grow well?

You really need to find a good manufacturer who supplies "clean" oil for these cases. We had a case when we were prescribed it with a prescription and then after moving we looked for a doctor to write a prescription again. But weedsmart.net found oils that contain low levels of THC. By the way, I live in Denver, Colorado, I can advise you to take a trial set and see how the child will feel. The phase of clinical trials of cannabidiol (one of the active substances in cannabis) has shown the effectiveness of the drug as an adjunct therapy for severe epilepsy. Cannabidiol treatment reduced the number of seizures in drug-resistant patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome by almost half.
