Also the sites I linked were philly news stations....... people have been prosecuted on a state and federal levels for pointing lasers at aircraft. Would it make you happier if I sourced docket numbers for cases? I could search them out with some time.....

Somebody has to do something no matter how small. Everybody goes straight to dog fighting but there are also animals that are just plain abused. I just read a story about a dog that was found starved in a backyard chained to a tree. Her body decomposing while he was still alive. The contents of her stomach (and this isn't a joke) grass, dirt, a corn cob with two kernels, and a piece of dried crap. She was literally trying to eat anything to stay alive. The chain that held her weighed more then she did by the time she was found. Did I mention that she was only 6 months old.
What should I do if I see something like that........let it go? Now lets get real I can show up with a shotgun and scare the crap out of the guy but now I'm doing 20 years for stopping the abuse and he does 6 months for doing it. Then what? Just let is slide. Knowing there is animal being tortured and just let it go like it's nothing. Put up flyers so his neighbors can know what is happening? Put it on Facebook? While you're waiting for that to work there is still a dog laying in somebody's backyard.
Now if somebody wants to throw what if somebody doesn't like that you grow weed? Well fuck em then. Call the cops. That's the whole reason I stay within the limits with my garden sizes the one thing they don't tell you is how many gardens you can have. That's where I walk the line  *****
and my growing doesn't leave a body on the ground with maggots eating away at it. Now if somebody can show me a body left behind by my growing I'll stop tomorrow and work at Walmart.
Now if somebody wants to go as far as to say that it's there right to starve a dog if they want to or fight them or abuse them or whatever you want to call it. Then can't I go as far as to say it's my right to take pics of whatever I want from legal airspace? There is no law that says I can't take a picture from the front of your house of your house as long as I'm on public land then why can't I take a pic from above the house in public airspace?
I have a hard enough time knowing that 9000 dogs and who knows how many cats get put down a day in shelters here and everybody thinks it's humane because it doesn't hurt them. They die on a steel table with some looser with a syringe in there hand standing in front of them not caring cause they just got done putting down other dogs before they arrived and florescent lights shining in their face. Never mind the fact that they are surrounded by other dogs barking in fear cause I'm guessing the shelter isn't a happy place. We treat them worse then we treat the biggest scum in our society death row inmates. In the meantime private breeders and puppy mills are putting out new dogs as fast as we put them down.
So for those of you that think I may be doing the wrong thing I have one question. How the fuck do you walk away from this Just tell me how and do nothing?
I realize that there are those with the if it doesn't affect my family or friends then fuckit way of thinking and that's fine. I'm just not one of those people.

Totally agree with you. I would literally be doing the same thing if I had that helicopter. Id do it every day, save as many as I possibly could. THAT is the humane thing to do, not let them starve, let them stay abused, let them get put down. That is just turning a blind eye just to not get involved, which is pretty weak.
