Ok, you wanna grow big. Do you pack a house full of buds? No. A yard a warehouse? no
Most people consider one house and one garden a grow. Nice but small minded.
A grow to other is a group of houses that support themselves and make a decent profit without being so big that you have all your eggs in one basket or draw attention to the other houses. Pull the harvest all together from a given area and you have a large grow.
So when somebody says oh lets see....oh that they say have 8 gardens.......that may acually be more then 8 different sites. Each garden may be 4 sites 5 or whatever.
Think like a terrorist people, if you have a large group of people plotting to do something do they all stay in the same place or spread out in cells and come together later to work as a team. 
There are ways to do things in a big way folks and if you get caught turn it into a handslap.

my close friend recently got caught with 1200 plants at his house  .

sucks to see a friend go down.

As I've posted before I've been at this since the 80s. In late 1990 I learned the hard way not to keep large numbers of plants in one place. Did 3 years on that one don't intend to do it again. Things were a lot more fucked up then
