Taking plants too early...

So ive come to the conclusion recently that 90% of the herb grown locally around me is harvested wayyyy to early.  SInce I have been growning indoor for a few months now and watching my tri's way more closely(since ive done tons of reading and learned the proper way to determine when to harvest) NONE of my friends herb have cloudy or yellow tri's under the scope.  I am noticing cloudy and yellow tri's on my indoor now, harvesting friday!

This is the first time I think ive really noticed a good cloudy tri on some herb.

So this leads me to believe that a lot of locally harvested herb or almost all of it is harvested early.  Now im sure my north eastern coastal climate has a lot to do with the outdoor crops.

Just venting and voicing my opinion on this subject!

Sadly I can't speak for my area having any growers to rate.  The only ever good herb I get is from out of state.  Anything local here tends to be terribly obvious: not flushed, trimmed poorly, not cured, etc.
