Uh, try and lower it a little bit.  6.8 is ideal for soil.

What's a good way to lower pH soil with the plants in there already?
I want to use lemon juice to lower pH (organics) so can I just mix water and lemon juice and pour it over the plants, letting the excess drain out? If my ph is 7.5 should my water be 5.5 to bring the soil to ~6.5-6.8? Would this result in over watering?

UPDATED TRANSPLANT!!!
4/3/13
Today my girls are 1 month old and I heard them asking for a transplant, being that I can never say no to them they got what they wanted :

Now that you've transplanted, can you tell us the condition of the soil/roots of the old pots?

I would just water with 6.5 and then ph your run off? That should tell you what your next step. IMOP:jah:

Or just water at 6.5 and stop over complicating this.

They've been growing a lot faster since the transplant. I watered last time with some 20-20-20 food, plus a little urine nitrogen boost, and adjusted the pH to 6.7
now how often should I be giving 20-20-20? the box says every 2 weeks...
and ive heard that high Potassium is good for root development is that true? cuz ive got some "postash" which is food (0-0-60)
should I be feeding with 20-20-20 alone during the veg growth period? or a higher NPK?

Thanks! :bigjoint:

Weeks from now man, with the size of those there's plenty of nutrients in the soil.

Ok well then the yellowing of leaves? Not low nitrogen? Shock from transplant?

Well that was happening BEFORE you transplanted them, so it's obviously not from the transplant.  Also you probably should've gone a little bigger on the bucket

Its a 3.5gallon. I do plan on doing another transplant to a very large pot. I just didn't want to go from a cup to like a 8-9gallon pot.

UPDATE!
So I successfully transplanted my 3 girls into 9.5 gallon pots.
each pot consists of 1 brick of coir, 2 cuft of potting soil and 2 gallons of vermiculite.
they were transplanted on 4/25/13
and they had so much more room to grow that I had to start to tie them down and bend em :bigweed:
so without further ado....

and to think that 2 months ago these babies were light starved, but they really pulled through, im so proud I cant wait til harvest!:ganja:
