Yea man sorry I was really High last night. Your AC will work good for cool air intake! Plus I found a pic of one of my plant you might be interested in.
Be careful I broke one bad!! I put black tape on it fixed it up. Killed it in the end Male

An air cooled hood is a *much* more efficient method of getting heat out of a tent than any sort of AC. (power-wise)
Good luck,

I know I know please tell me they will regain their strength now that I got the good light.... Or should I put like a support stick to hold the girls up? How old should plants be before give 20-20-20 food so they don't get burned?

Probably. Don't put it too close for a while. Plants that aren't used to a lot of light can react badly to a lot of light all of a sudden

You can if it makes you feel better. When it gets past seedling stage you can rebury some of the stem and it will root.

Someone else will have to answer that. With my mix, I didn't have to add any supplemental for over 5 weeks of veg.

I don't know if this is true of cannabis but I've had plants that I have to bring indoors during winter and, if I put them right out in the direct sun it will burn them, not because of heat, but they can't handle the UV or light intensity. I think maybe it has to do with chlorophyll concentration declining like you losing a tan ....
But, I'd say 2 feet ought to be safe.
How long have they been seeing this HPS?

4 feet is perfect for those guys, Later on when they're bigger and stronger then they can take it closer.
What's the humidity like in there Is that soil as dry as it looks? The base of the stems look like their dying.

I just watered today from the bottom and it soaked for 24hours and soaked up the water. Should I water more? I know water from the top can cause fungus. Which I already have

Always water from the top man. If you have adequate ventilation and fans and don't keep the soil soggy, you don't have to worry about it.
