another midnight omelette. no bacon or mushrooms this time, just red onion, serano peppers, and cheese. topped with cock sauce (of course), cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. (my mother stole some before i could even transfer this deliciousness onto a plate!) sourdough toasty goodness and some tasty berries are always a plus.
