What type of hood are you planning on using, and size of said hood?
What kind of exhaust are you planning on using?

XL reflector hood
I'm a little blurry about the exhaust part. I have a "6 duct fan exhaust booster. Is this a good idea?
And moving this to a forum would be great Thanks ALOT!

Hmmmmm, most of the time those booster fans only do about 1/4 their rated speed.
But there's a few more questions.
How large do you want these plants?
What kind of light, and how much?

I want them to be no bigger than 4.5 ft tall.
I'm using 250w HM through Veg. & 205w HPS for flowering.
24hrs through veg. & 12/12 for flowering.

With 250 watts I'd go no bigger than 5 square foot of floor space. I'd also plan on keeping the plants some what short, around 2 to 3 foot do to light penetration.

Ok,
I've also been seeing "SROG" alot. What is that in Lamest terms please? & Do you think SROG method would be good for me?

I have that exact size tent and I can really only fit 2 decent size plants about 3 - 4 ft tall... even then they kinda overlap each other. you could fit more plants but you would need to flower them much earlier.
scrog can be great. basically your putting a screen with about 2 inch holes over the plant. The screen kinda keeps the branches held down. The plant wants light so it make more branches to try to get to the light. Next thing you know you have many branches. You place the branches through holes so they are all at the top. Then trim all the plant matter below the screen. This way your getting all the top buds from the plant that are close to the light. I grow using Deep Water culture and haven't been able to figure out an EZ way to do this as I need to change the rez about every 10 days. Doing scrog with soil is easier. you would probably only want to do 2 plants this way in that size tent.
If this is your first grow I would not recommend trying this just yet. I would get a grow or two under your belt before you dive into the more advanced techs.
What type of medium are you using for your plants? Hydro or soil?

Would it be smart to "Top" & "supercrop"? or would this be bad?

IMO, a well planned scrog would be the way to go.
A lot of genetics can't handle the extra stress of super cropping, causing them to hermie.

So just Top and use the scrog method?

If you top you get 2/3 tops, if you do scrog (or just tie down branches) you keep getting new tops for however long you veg.
I started tieing this girl at 2 weeks. She's 6 weeks old now (5 days after fliping to 12/12).
