gently.....the best thang to do is soak all of your seeds in a glass of tapwater, each day dumping out the old water and refilling it with fresh, after 3-4 days the seeds crack, place each cracked seed individualy in its own styrofome cup/moist dirt and continue to cycle the water for the remaining seeds till they crack. some seeds wont ever crack. the seedlings will grow in the dirt until the roots hit the edge of the cup, this should take 2weeks from the time the sprout has hit atmosphere. transplant by digging a hole in the next pot and gently using a razorblade to first cut the bottom of the cup off and then a verticle cut so you can spread the cup open and the soil and rootball can easyly fall through the bottom in the new hole you doug. some people throw all their seeds in one cup of dirt and end up with what looks like alfalfa sprouts, tangled and almost impossible to separate, mostly killing the plants, with few survivirs, this is bad.

To plant a seedling I sinply press my finger into the ground upto my first knuckle, then drop the seed in taproot facing down, then I cover, but don't bury the seed.

To transplant I put two fingers on either side of the plant, so I can flip it upside down without everything falling to the ground, then I squeeze the sides of the pot a bit to looses it up, and pull it off. If it doesn't come straight away then I tap on it and maybe pull it an inch off my hand to let it fall out.

Lols thanks for the info
I transplanted on the weekend.
I used a garden hose on shower setting to loosen the dirt from the rootball.
Then planted them into 2gallon pots of coco.
Cheers
