See, this is what makes me wonder how the fuck people get pulled over and caught with a pound or so of weed.

Like, how often are you going to have a pound of weed in your car? And how often are you going to get pulled over and searched?

The odds are with you.

But wtf, we always hear of it happening.

Someone explain this phenomenon.

Watch the whole video I posted and you will understand. People don't fucking know there rights. They consent to search. Police know the main drug routs. They just randomly pull over cars and some times, prolly most times profile some dumb ass pothead driving a beat up POS with a car full of Anno's.

maybe because they move weight on a daily basis.

i even have a friend that drives around with pounds all the time. he's a dumbass and smokes weed while he drives as well. as soon as he gets pulled over he's fucked. one of my best friends but a complete dumbass.

At any time you have marijuana in your car I would think you (if you were smart) would drive as if you were trying to get your drivers license for the first time

But you can allow them to search the car (if you know you don't have anything),
and take photos with your cell-phone camera as they're doing it.
Then when they don't find anything, you let them know that you'll be
submitting the pictures you took to a local news station to make them
look more stupid than they already appear to be. :hehehe:

I've gotten pulled over for no reason before, but I've never been searched for no reason.  And yeah most people who get pulled over with a pound in the car usually get pulled over because a)they're stupid, or b)they're pushing mad bud and the cops are already on to them before they even get pulled over

i have been pulled over for no reason, searched for no reason, and thrown in jail for no reason.

the pulled over/searched one is quite common.

In Quebec, the cops never arrest you for no reason even if you're the craziest looking person of the country.

A couple months ago, I was with some friends near a bar smoking through my big bong. Three cops cars came in the bar's parking. They asked us what we were doing (at this moment, we still had the bong in our hand). We told them that my friend's house was near and we were walking to his  house. They took our bong, and even if they knew that we had weed on us (more than an ounce), they let us go.

Haha, Quebec for the win ! The other night, I was coming home with a few friends in my car, we were all pretty high, and of all things WE LOOKED HIGH. We were probably reeking of weed too. We met a police barrage, so I just ask if somebody got weed on him to keep it hidden and not act stupid. The cop get to my window, point it's light in my eyes, asked :

Cop : Had some drink tonight guys ?
Me : No sir
At this point the music is blasting the song Quebec Gold which is talking about rolling blunts and taking huge rip off bongs. My friend just turn it down as the rapper says : ... Hey everybody knows I smoke too much joint, I'm like Bob Marley I need to get High ...
The cop start smiling at us : Any other thing other than alcohol ?
Friend : Neeeeeeever
Cop : Have a good night guys, be responsible, keep the good attitude.

OMG ! That was like the best cop encounter I ever had. Cops here simply don't care. They understood we aren't dangerous at all. They don't deal the same way with dealer tho, that's a whole other matter.

The point was that we were listening to song about smoking pot. I don't really care that you think it sucks or not. Would you listen to one song from Spain and say : God, that was horrible, people in Spain listen to this shit ?

Fuck , i look normal, but they search my ass to no end. Everytime i look at a cop funny im getting pulled over and searched. I cross the boarder alot so ive learned to not have anything in your car to make them suspicious, still they spend over an hour sometimes WITHOUT consent.

I complained to the local department twice. After the second time the sarge pulled me over (maybe 2 months later) and said "boy, you look formiliar, didnt i arrest you last month?" Next thing i know im in cuffs waiting for them to sort shit out.












Then same situation happened with an officer (who pulled me over drunk.) He recognized me from a report i filed when my garadge was broke into. I got luckey with him though, he searched me, but let me go on the DUI <thanx god> i acctually stoped driving drunk ever since then.

You Americans probably don't understand but every province in Canada is like it's own micro-country. Newfoundland is nothing Like Ontario is nothing Like Alberta is nothing like Quebec.

Montreal isn't that big relative to US cities but each city (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vncouver, Regina,...) all are fairly unique but together make up Canada. Montreal is only bested by the Maritime's when it comes to liking bad music.

Although...

We are kinda like Voltron when all the provinces come together. :smile:

when I finally get a car I plan to get a bumper sticker that announces I'm a pothead and then upon being pulled over completely fuck with every cop who pulls me over.  I plan to waste as much of their time as possible.

Yes, well the cops got called by some crazy fuck that thought someone was trying to kill him. I happened to be in the area driving around with 2 of my buddies me in the passenger, well we stop at the side of the road cuz 2 of our friends were parked there. so we are like wat up and talked/smoked a joint for abit and the cops roll up and start asking us questions.

I dont remember much but they started searching my friends car that were there before us and he had a pound of mushies and couple ounces of weed in the trunk but they didnt find it luckily but they found a joint.

Well im to lazy to type the rest but when we get all hand cuffed this fuckin weird old guy comes out lookin at all of us, ive never seen this guy in my life and well he says we arnt the guys tryin to kill him lol.

YOu may know your rights but if a cop wants to search anything they will find a way, if you know your rights or not. I had many plants stolen even though i never talked to anyone. They never charged me they just stole my shit. Cops are the walking shit of the earth that can do anything they want even if you know your rights.

I was going five over the speed limit, I just got my first tattoo so I was ready to get home, and I was like twenty feet from the dorm parking lot, and got pulled over, and they searched my car because it smelled funny. They found two specks, and I mean specks of what they said was pot, had my bf in cuffs, then let us go because "it wasnt for sure, pot". I was so pissed.

I do have 2 Wu-Tang stickers on my bumper and a Grateful Dead bear air-freshener. A friend of mine hates going on blunt rides with me because she says they're probable cause (a joke, obviously).

actually some states have laws against items hanging from your rear view mirror. Most cops don't give a shit, but it's enough for some asshole to justify pulling you over, if he decides he has nothing better to do
