We all know the US government supplies a few people with Medical Cannabis.

How the fuck can they still charge people with possession of a schedule 1 drug if they know it's status is bullshit? They supply people with it, yet wholeheartedly claim there are no medical benefits.
How the hell can they do this? Why can't someone who gets busted prove that the government knows it's not a schedule 1 drug by definition because of this? Charges should be dropped immediately on anyone who brings up this fact but they won't be.

I agree with you 100% man... It's fucked up that they still claim it has "no currently accepted medicinal value" despite the fact that it's medical use is currently accepted in 16 states plus D.C. And the fact that they (the government) provide a select few people with 300 joints a month.

The government knows they are full of shit. they are unwilling to re-purpose the DA for more meaningful work and thus the circle of bullshit spins indefinitely.
Check out how they made the National Cancer Institute reverse there stance on marijuana being hlpful in the treatment process.
