God I hate that guy. At least that other guy who looked like ross's dad from friends stood up for the girl. The whole doing anything no matter how harmless to a cop is considered assualt thing has to change. Cops are not any better than a regular citizen. If my neighbor came over and blew those bubbles in my face and I decided it was assault and called the cops to have him arressted they would laugh in my face and take me to jail for wasting the time of police officers, but if its a cop I guess thats different

The cut away ruined the video. Who knows what happened? If I was that cop I wouldn't want someone blowing bubbles at me either. Just because it's sugar coated doesn't mean it's not aggressive. If you take the cop/protester aspect out of it. If I was in public and someone I didn't know started blowing bubbles at me and I told the person to stop but he or she wouldn't stop I would fucking make them.
