Satire is a little different.
Satire is all about exposing a problem or hypocrisy or maybe even something most of us don't notice in a comedic way. But I guess it doesn't always have to be funny so long as it makes you think. Satire is a tricky thing, some do it well others should just quit while they're ahead.
In a related note Kurt Vonnegut's Satire was not funny and did not expose anything.

I'm not always so well versed on the news plus you can't always believe what you hear no matter if its on fox news, cnn, or msnbc.
I did hear they were thinking about putting a mosque near ground zero. Whether a mosque or a chinese deli I couldn't give a shit less. This is america if you have the funds you have the right to build anything anywhere so long as its not on government owned land or a reservation.

Well, you obviously did not lose a part of your family in the attack (neither did I, but I am looking at this from their perspective) on America that was ultimately blamed on people of this religion.
I would not mind a mosque being down the road from me, but placing one anywhere near a site that was an attack on America, blamed on the religion this structure is going to be made for (this is a holy war pretty much), should be unacceptable for those who lost family members that day.
It's almost the equivalent to a Hitler monument in Jewish cities.

So if a radical sect of Christianity blows up a building then we should prevent churches from being built anywhere near the site, cause after all, Christianity is solely to blame. 
And further more we should memorialize all the soldiers who have died overseas trying to liberate and propagate freedom by reducing freedom for them to do the same at home.
An islamic center being built a couple blocks from ground zero is nothing like erecting a monument to hitler.
And if I had lost someone in the attack I wouldn't let my mind get clouded with emotions, certainly not those kinds. Not everyone who lost someone in the attack turned into a racist security freak.

When any explosion happens in America we'll hear about it. These kinds of things happen all the time in Iraq, or used to idk how the fighting has been nowadays. It's not just churches, it's buildings in general. Mosques too. Churches just make for better headlines.
I recommend watching this movie. It follows the only heavy metal band in Iraq and shows how they did things both before the war and during. It also sheds a lot of light into life in Baghdad and shows that the majority of people there aren't extremists, they're just trying to live their life. Most have fled into Syria leaving a lot of radicals and insurgents to flock to the city.

I think almost all of the ones who live in America like this country.

During Katrina guns were being taken from good American homes. That was against the constitution.
You can pull the freedom card and use it in this instance, to me it seems that we are on a slow slippery slope into a police state. Some people think that the problem on our Mexican border, the fact that Obama is letting it get worse and worse could send us further down that slope. There is plenty of things happening that is against the constitution as we speak, a good start and something to look at is the patriot act. So go ahead and pull the freedom card.

Ummm clearly you're getting a little off topic. I don't know why you're bringing up the gulf oil spill or katrina. If you're for the constitution then you shouldn't have been arguing against the islamic center in the first place. Also there's plenty of pictures of infected beach, yes I've seen them trying to show people away but they obviously didn't succeed too well.
While all those issues could be argued constitutionally none of them are outlined in black and white in the first amendment.

I am going off topic because you want to bring freedom into the argument, where our freedoms can and have been stripped during recent times.
We are not 100% free as you are stating.

Areas were closed off for cleaning but there's been enough photos all over to counter any effect their quarantine had. Where did I state we were 100% free? I was merely arguing those who wish to diminish freedom don't belong in this country.
By finding the islamic center is inappropriate you are stereotyping the religion. Much like not all christians protest funerals with, "god hates fags," signs not all muslims believe in killing innocents for god.
Also there are restrictions on both the right to bear arms, and freedom of the press. A felon can't own a gun. Press can't just go anywhere and film. These aren't anything new. Second amendment only removes federal interference however states can make their own restrictions.
