I have a question on a myth/tek I heard a while ago, and I'd like some verification. I heard that birth control pills, 1 pill crushed up and disolven in 1 gallon of water, will induce flowering on female plants. I'd like some serious feedback on this. Thanks!

mj's a phototropic plant, homie. thats whats gonna induce flowering. please dont go stealing a pill from your gf.
that being said, I did read on here about raising the female/male ratio in seeds by soaking them in this solution.

oyeah, I wasn't about to try it  . Any other myths/bad advice I need to watch out for? I'm new to growing, and trying to learn all I can as well as cover my ass.

There are some things you can do to increase your female:male plant ratios. I know that i and others have posted that before. do a search here for that. if anyone finds it, post the link here for others interested.

animal hormones are different than plant hormones. So I am unsure this would do anything

myth: hanging your plants upside down = drains all the thc from the plant into the buds
