A mix that ive found that alot of plants like, and ive seen it used in mj cultivation. Is 1 part perlite, 1 part peat moss, 1 part verm. Its a pretty good mix.

megaupload is a good place or similar upload sites. Links won't be permanent however. If you're a university student many times they give you some webspace to work with. You can always upload and link there.
