Medium rare to medium. Better taste, jucier, and better to chew. I would like to add it is also healthier but that isn't important atall

Yeah if you're gonna do that, eat a hamburger patty or some shit.

If its filet/tenderloin, I eat it rare, but my favorite cut (ribeye) is too heavily marbled so you gotta take it to med. rare to emulsify all the fat.

This is all past tense stuff now though...no meat for this guy (except fish)

Nah. They feed them all the overcooked scraps that accumulate in the kitchen. Spoiled or questionable meat is what you get when you order well done, and you can't tell the difference. :rolleyes:
