Download photoshop (from a torrent or something) Then google how to use "magic wand" and "magic lasso" in photoshop, using layers, etc.

Pretty much what you do is open an image up in PS, unlock the image, make a new layer behind it, and select the background with the magic wand & then delete. Or if it's a more complicated background that would be harder to get rid of you might have to use the magic lasso.

Then just resize down to smiley size, save as PNG.

It's easy to figure out, just mess around with it. I don't know too much about photoshop and I figured it out from just googling and toying with it.

yeah i have photoshop...

everytime i use the lasso or wand and open a new to move it to, the file type automatically becomes .psd and wont let me change it.

or if i cut a pic and move it to a new, it does the same thing...

how can i just cut, or use the wand/lasso without moving to a new blank page???
