Very simple. Make you thread that you want for your journal. Submit it as normal. Then enter the thread, click edit. Then, right below the post icons, there is a drop-down menu that has various permissions for the journal settings. This is where you can select to make the thread private
I thought this was never going to get a reply and I was going to end up deleting my posts. Thanks so much for the help. Don't know how I kept missing that, was looking everywhere for it. Typical stoner.
